Once submitted, a member of our team will promptly get in touch to introduce ourselves, answer any questions, and begin discussing how we can bring your wedding vision to life.

  • After chatting about your big day and ensuring we’re the perfect fit, it’s time to make things official! To move forward, you’ll receive an email from our team with your contract and payment link to finalize your booking. This step is crucial in securing your DJ and ensuring availability for your date. Simply review and sign the contract, complete the booking fee payment, and you’re officially part of the family! From here, you can relax knowing that your entertainment is in expert hands.

  • Congratulations—you’ve secured your DJ! Now the exciting part begins. Once your contract is signed, you’ll receive an email containing your personalized planning portal login credentials. This online portal serves as your go-to hub for all things music and event planning. Inside, you’ll be able to:
    Select your must-play songs and add custom requests
    Fill out key event details such as introductions, special moments, and timelines
    Connect your favorite streaming playlists to give your DJ insight into your style and preferences
    Make updates at your convenience leading up to the big day

  • We want to make sure your wedding entertainment is a perfect reflection of you. That’s why, as part of our planning process, you’ll have up to three one-on-one meetings with your DJ before the big day. These meetings serve as check-ins to ensure that every detail is fine-tuned and aligned with your vision. During these calls, you and your DJ will:

    📋 Review timelines, announcements, and key formalities
    💬 Ensure seamless communication between you, your DJ, and your planner or coordinator
